The program opened with two powerful videos produced by Kappa Leaguers and Brother Eric Gaines—an award-winning feature followed by a recap of the past year. These films captured the energy and impact of Kappa League: service projects, volunteer efforts, college tours, and moments of brotherhood that defined last year’s journey.
The newly elected chapter officers were then presented:
- President – Isaiah Price
- Vice President – Amare Sanchez
- Secretary – Gavin Gaines
- Social Media Chair – Evan Vincent
With that, the 2025–2026 Kappa League year was officially underway—a year promising growth, leadership, and the continued development of young men who will one day lead their communities, their careers, and the world.
The highlight of the ceremony was the formal induction of 23 new students into the Kappa League. Guided by Brother Gaines and Vice President Amare Sanchez, inductees learned the history of the program, the meaning of the Kappa League crest, and took their solemn oath of membership. The ceremony culminated in a moving moment as current members and alumni brothers proudly pinned each inductee with their Kappa League lapel shield—a symbol of brotherhood, commitment, and excellence.
To close the evening, Brother Tony Taylor delivered remarks that captured the heart of the program:
The brothers of the Richardson Plano Guide Right Foundation and the Richardson Plano Alumni Chapter are dedicated to more than just mentorship; we are committed to shaping the next generation of leaders. Through our work with the Kappa League, we are not only helping to build boys into men, but we are also providing a vital bridge to a world of opportunity. Our mission is to ensure these young men have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed, paving their way for a future of unlimited potential.
