About the Foundation
Helping students grow through mentorship, leadership and opportunity
The Richardson Plano Guide Right Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to youth leadership development and college scholarships for students of diverse backgrounds and ethnicities in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.
Through charitable programs, mentoring and financial support, the foundation helps students build confidence, stay on track academically, and move toward college and career success.

This year’s Kappa League
Thirty-three young men from Richardson and Plano, led by President Ryan Hughes and five fellow officers, are spending the year on leadership, service, college visits and competition.

The 2026–2027 school year opens with a build day at Plano Rec and the Annual Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway for families across North Texas.
RPA Kappa League at the National Conference in Atlanta
Leadership, service, scholarship and competition with 500 Kappa Leaguers from across the country, and an award for the RPA Kappa League.
Teaming Up to Kick Out Domestic Abuse: The Sneakers Project
RPA Kappa League and the Sigma Gamma Rho Rhoer Club collected 212 pairs of shoes for Genesis Women’s Shelter & Support.
