The Richardson Plano Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. proudly welcomed a new class of future leaders at the 2025–2026 Kappa League Induction Ceremony, an inspiring evening filled with reflection, wisdom, and celebration.

The program opened with two powerful videos produced by Kappa Leaguers and Brother Eric Gaines—an award-winning feature followed by a recap of the past year. These films captured the energy and impact of Kappa League: service projects, volunteer efforts, college tours, and moments of brotherhood that defined last year’s journey.

Following the reflections, Brother Kevin Burnett introduced the families to the alumni brothers of RPA. Each brother shared his name, background, and career, showcasing the wide range of professional paths available to these young men.

The newly elected chapter officers were then presented:
- President – Isaiah Price (on the right)
- Vice President – Amare Sanchez (middle)
- Secretary – Gavin Gaines (on the left)
- Social Media Chair – Evan Vincent (in absentia)
President Isaiah Price set the tone for the year by outlining five standards and expectations—developed by the students themselves—for guiding their journey:
- Respect each other
- Be accountable and hold each other accountable
- Commit to continuous development
- Dress appropriately for the occasion
- Have fun and stay engaged

The evening grew even more meaningful with words from Brother Shane Moore, a former Kappa Leaguer who has now earned his place as a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Brother Moore spoke powerfully about his own transformative journey, crediting Kappa League with shaping his growth as a young man. His testimony reassured parents that their sons were in the hands of dedicated mentors while challenging the students to embrace the opportunity before them.
