Maggiano’s Little Italy, Plano, Texas
The Richardson Plano Kappa League Chapter hosted its highly anticipated Annual Senior Dinner on December 23rd at Maggiano’s Little Italy in Plano, Texas. This cherished event brings together high school seniors and recently graduated former Kappa League students for an evening of fellowship, inspiration, and connection during the holiday season.

The dinner offered a unique opportunity for current high school seniors to strengthen bonds with their peers and gain valuable insights from alumni who have successfully transitioned to college. This year, the chapter recognized three seniors:
- Aaydin Adkins
- Sean Terry
- Evan Fossett
The chapter proudly welcomed back four distinguished alumni currently in college and three currently in the workforce:
- Ryan Taylor (University of Alabama)
- Evan Taylor (Louisiana Tech University)
- Fred Ware (Washington University in St. Louis)
- Xavier Brown (University of Kansas)
- Austin Barnes (Internal Revenue Service)
- Justin Honore (Associate Producer Chat Sports)
- Mekhi Cousin (Vice president of the youth usher group at Friendship Baptist Church of the Colony)
Each alumnus shared personal stories of their journey from high school to college, highlighting the challenges and triumphs they experienced along the way. Their reflections offered guidance on navigating academic and social adjustments, maintaining discipline, and leveraging the lessons learned in Kappa League to achieve success.
The atmosphere was warm and supportive, fostering meaningful conversations and renewed connections between students. Attendees left with a sense of encouragement and excitement about the future, inspired by the alumni’s advice and experiences.

The Annual Senior Dinner exemplifies the Richardson Plano Kappa League’s commitment to empowering young men through mentorship, fellowship, and lifelong learning. As the seniors prepare for their next chapter, they do so with a strong network of support and a shared dedication to excellence.

Side note – As part of the evening’s festivities, the Richardson Plano Alumni Brothers hosted a lively and entertaining gift exchange, bringing plenty of laughs and holiday cheer. For sure brothers got gifts with playful banter and excitement, and of course could only be opened in private! The exchange fostered camaraderie and showcased the chapter’s vibrant sense of community, leaving everyone with a sense of joy and connection as they celebrated the holiday season together.
